病历摘要患者,女,46岁。前颈部肿物十年余伴有声音嘶哑,压气半年。病人于1969年起无明显诱因的发烧达39～40℃,伴有咽部疼痛一周,一个月后发觉颈部增粗,因无其他不适感而未介意,以后肿物逐日增大.于1978年自觉在唱歌时声音有些沙哑;1978年5月份声哑加重,平时说话声音也哑;同时出现了压气现象。曾诊断为甲状腺肿。经服用碘糖丸一个月,虽颈部肿物见小,但其较前变硬,声哑和压气症状亦较前明显加重。于1978年10月20日来我院医治。患者十年间无心
