对近年文献报道药物所致排尿困难摘要如下。1阿奇霉素女,18岁。因行嵌甲拔除术,术后给予阿奇霉素0.5 g/d口服,服用3 h后出现明显排尿困难,排尿时需增加腹压才能排出。遂停药,10 h后,上述症状逐渐缓解。本品所致排尿困难较少见,与患者体质特异性有关,应引起临床医生重视[1]。2美
