本文研究了P变质及Na变质对ZL108合金凝固过程影响.文章首先比较了Na变质及P变质对ZL1C8合金铸件温度梯度、凝固方式、凝固界下形态及凝固速度的影响,发现Na变质ZL108合金的温度梯度及凝固速度比P变质的大,两种变质ZLl08合金均以趋近于逐层凝固的中间凝固方式凝固,凝固界面上出现一些锯齿形的突出物,且P变质这种突出物较Na变质要长.据此得出,在同样工艺条件下,P变质ZL108合金比Na变质ZL108合金容易出现缩松缺陷.
In this paper, the effect of P metamorphism and Na metamorphism on the solidification process of ZL108 alloy has been studied.Firstly, the effects of Na metamorphism and P metamorphism on the temperature gradient, solidification mode, solidification boundary morphology and solidification rate of ZL1C8 alloy casting were investigated. Temperature gradient and solidification rate are larger than P metamorphism. Both of the two metamorphic ZL108 alloys are solidified by an intermediate solidification method close to layer by layer solidification. Some serrated protrusions appear on the solidified interface, It is concluded that under the same process conditions, the P-modified ZL108 alloy is more prone to shrinkage defects than the Na-modified ZL108 alloy.
