From fundamental thermodynamics considerations, cooling is more challenging than heating in reducing the energy consumption and relieving the greenhouse effect.While most of the currently used cooling methods require energy and resources to carry heat away, radiative cooling has attracted much attention since it can dissipate heat to outer atmosphere through a transparency window without any energy consumption [1,2].Therefore, it is crucial to design and fabricate revolutionarily selective emitters which could dominate the emission in the transparency window to deliver high cooling performance.Diverse materials and structures have been developed to regulate spectrum responses [3-6].Unfortunately, most of them fail to demonstrate selective absorption/emission in the mid-infrared wavelength and compromise the cooling performance and scalability.
