作者在1983年沁县科委做的有机肥。氮肥和磷肥不同施用量对谷子产量和氨基酸含量影响的基础上,1987年又进行了氮,磷满足时,不同钾水平对谷子产量及氨基酸含量影响的进一步研究.试验结果表明:单施有机肥(包括猎粪,牛粪和羊粪)和无机肥(包括碳铵、硝铵、磷肥)都只能提高产量,而不能全面地改善谷子的蛋白质品质;甚至单施氮肥(碳铵或者硝铵)有使谷子品质下降的趋势。只有氮,磷和钾肥配合施用时,才能提高谷子的产量和改善谷子的营养品质。
