目的借鉴通用电气(GE)公司职业健康管理模式对制鞋企业进行职业卫生干预。方法采用GE公司安全健康HS管理体系96元素审核表,结合现场调查、资料核查、重点访谈、问卷调查等方式对湖北省某运动鞋生产企业进行职业健康风险评估,对干预前后评估指标进行对比。结果干预后,96元素表达标率从53.1%上升到85.9%,工程防护措施、应急救援设施合格率、职业健康检查率、职业危害告知率、个人防护用品佩戴率、培训次数等指标明显上升,病休率降低。结论 GE职业健康管理模式可以有效提高企业职业卫生管理水平,为企业在新形势下探索职业卫生管理新模式、促进企业的可持续健康发展提供了依据。
Objective To learn about occupational health interventions of shoe-making enterprises from GE’s occupational health management model. Methods Ninety-six element audit tables of HS safety and health management system of GE Company were used. Occupational health risk assessment was conducted on a shoe manufacturer in Hubei Province by means of on-site investigation, data verification, key interviews and questionnaires. The indicators before and after the intervention were compared. Results After the intervention, the index of 96 element expression increased from 53.1% to 85.9%. The engineering protection measures, the qualified rate of emergency rescue facilities, occupational health examination rate, occupational hazard notification rate, personal protective equipment wear rate and training times increased significantly, Sickness reduced. Conclusion GE occupational health management model can effectively improve the management level of occupational health in enterprises and provide the basis for enterprises to explore new modes of occupational health management and promote their sustainable and healthy development.
