目的 :观察兔心肌缺血再灌注 (I/R)损伤中内皮功能改变 ,参麦注射液 (SMI)对其影响及作用机制。方法 :检测假手术对照组、心肌I/R模型组及心肌I/R加SMI治疗组 ,不同时期血中一氧化氮代谢产物 (NOP)和内皮素 (ET)含量及心肌组织NOP、ET、总超氧化物歧化酶 (T SOD)和丙二醛 (MDA)含量 ,并电镜观察心肌超微结构。结果 :I/R模型组与假手术对照组比较缺血 4 0min、再灌注 4 0min血清NOP明显降低 ,血浆ET显著增高 ;再灌注 4 0min后心肌组织NOP、T SOD明显降低 ,ET、MDA明显增高 ,心肌超微结构发生异常改变。而I/R加SMI治疗组与I/R模型组比较上述改变减轻。结论 :心肌I/R导致血管内皮功能紊乱 ;SMI能够改善I/R时的内皮功能 ,减轻心肌I/R损伤
Objective: To observe the changes of endothelial function during myocardial ischemia-reperfusion (I / R) injury in rabbits and the effect and mechanism of Shenmai injection (SMI) on it. Methods: The levels of nitric oxide metabolites (NOP) and endothelin (ET) in myocardium and myocardial I / R model group and myocardial I / R plus SMI group were measured at sham operation, Total superoxide dismutase (T SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) contents were observed and the myocardial ultrastructure was observed by electron microscope. Results Compared with the sham operation group, the NO and T, SOD in the I / R model group were significantly lower than those in the sham operation control group (40 min, 40 min, and 40 min after reperfusion) Increased myocardial ultrastructure abnormal changes. The I / R plus SMI treatment group and I / R model group compared to reduce the change. Conclusions: Myocardial I / R leads to endothelial dysfunction; SMI can improve endothelial function at I / R and reduce myocardial I / R injury
