目的:建立同时测定奥兰替胃康片中柚皮苷和新橙皮苷含量的高效液相色谱法。方法:色谱柱:Ultimate C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸(25:75);流速:1.0 ml·min~(-1);检测波长:283 nm;柱温:30℃;进样量:10μl。结果:柚皮苷在98.0~784.0 ng(r=0.999 9)、新橙皮苷在120.3~962.4 ng(r=0.999 8)范围内呈良好的线性关系。柚皮苷平均回收率为97.80%,RSD=1.23%(n=6);新橙皮苷平均回收率为98.20%,RSD=1.70%(n=6)。结论:本法重复性好、灵敏度高、定量准确,可用于奥兰替胃康片的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the simultaneous determination of naringin and neohesperidin in Orlantiweikang Tablets. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile - 0.1% phosphoric acid (25:75), the flow rate was 1.0 ml · min ~ (-1), the detection wavelength : 283 nm; column temperature: 30 ° C; injection volume: 10 μl. Results: Naringin showed a good linear relationship in the range of 98.0-784.0 ng (r = 0.999 9) and neohesperidin in the range of 120.3-962.4 ng (r = 0.999 8). The average recovery of naringin was 97.80%, RSD = 1.23% (n = 6). The average recovery of neohesperidin was 98.20% with RSD = 1.70% (n = 6). Conclusion: This method has good repeatability, high sensitivity and quantitative accuracy, which can be used for the quality control of Orlandeweikang tablet.
