在纪念《电镀与精饰》创刊二十周年之际,《电镀与糟饰》第四届编委会于1993年8月22日在天津召开。来自北京、上海、哈尔滨、南京、武汉及天津等地的部分编委20余人出席了会议。会上,首先由《电镀与精饰》编辑委员会主任委员郭鹤桐教授致欢迎词,他说:本次会议是继第三届编委会后的第四次交流,又适逢《电镀与精饰》创刊二十周年,希望在加强编委之间联系交流的基础上,提些更好的意见和如何改进、提高的措施。会上听取了本刊编辑部主任王维才高级工程师作的《编辑部工作报告》,总结了本刊近两年来工作情况并重点就如何在深入改革开放形势下,坚持办刊方针,办出刊物特色,提高刊物质量所采取的具体方法及改进措施做了汇报。
In commemoration of “electroplating and finishing” the twentieth anniversary of the founding of the occasion, “electroplating and foul ornaments,” the fourth editorial board was held in Tianjin on August 22, 1993.
