口腔粘膜的结核性溃疡发生在牙龈的结核病损为少见。现将我院发现的1例报告如下。张×,女,42岁。下颌前牙区牙龈溃烂不愈3年。开始下颌前牙区牙龈溃烂,出血。全身不适,发烧,否认结核病史。经用抗生素和中药治疗。病情无明显好转,3个月前在某医院拔除21 12后创口不愈。并有烧灼样阵发性钝痛。刺激易出血。于1987年12月3日来我院就治。检查:体温37.4℃,血压118/76mmHg。
