分析了齿轮泵直接抽吸的方式吸扫罐车余油所存在的问题,介绍了武昌南机务段研制的齿轮泵真空扫油装置的结构组成、工作过程、原理以及技术参数等。使用证明该装置经济、有效地解决了扫油问题。
The problems existing in sucking residual oil of tanker with direct suction of gear pump were analyzed. The structure, working process, principle and technical parameters of gear pump vacuum sweeping device developed by Wuchang South Locomotive Depot were introduced. The use proved that the device is economical and effectively solved the problem of oil sweeping.
