公民社会理论是近年来理论界探讨的热点。公民社会是指在市场经济发展基础上的个人、社会组织等依法自主管理的社会形态。马克思主义认为,公民社会的本质内涵在于社会与国家良性互动基础上的自治状态。在社会治理领域矛盾频现、问题繁多的今天,这一观点具有重大的理论和现实指导意义,依法加强社会自治能力可以作为社会治理的一条有效路径。
Civil society theory is a hot topic explored by theorists in recent years. Civil society refers to the social form autonomously managed by individuals and social organizations based on the development of market economy. Marxism believes that the essence of civil society lies in the state of autonomy based on the positive interaction between society and the state. Nowadays, with the frequent conflicts and numerous problems in the field of social governance, this view has great theoretical and practical guiding significance. Strengthening the capacity of social autonomy according to law can serve as an effective route for social governance.
