作为一线的老师,听课是再正常不过的教研工作,是教师之间相互交流学习的机会,也是促进我们教学、提高教学效果的有力手段。听课,是促进课堂教学优质化的一种手段。但为什么我们现在的好多老师特别是年轻的老师不想甚至不愿听课或被听课?原因在于许多教师平时经常听课,但发现收益不大,听优秀教师的公开课越多,却越发变的茫然。这又是为什么?笔者以为,关键在于我们对课堂的认识问题。听课,意味着有其他老师走进自己的
As a first-line teacher, lectures are another normal teaching and research work, which is an opportunity for teachers to exchange ideas and learn with each other. It is also a powerful means to promote our teaching and improve teaching effectiveness. Learners, is to promote the quality of classroom teaching as a means. But why do we nowadays many teachers, especially young teachers, do not even want to attend or be lectured? The reason is that many teachers usually listen to lectures but find little benefit. The more public lectures are given to outstanding teachers, the more they become dazed. This is why? The author believes that the key lies in our understanding of the classroom. Listening to class means that there are other teachers who have come into their own
