时代的发展对传统的刑罚执行模式提出了强劲的挑战,现代的监狱是监禁囚犯的场所,也是矫治罪犯、促使犯人再社会化的机构。丹麦刑事执行法的先进立法理念和立法技术,对我国目前的刑罚执行有积极借鉴意义。
The development of the times poses a strong challenge to the traditional mode of execution of sentences. Modern prisons are the places where prisoners are imprisoned and the institutions that rehabilitate criminals and re-socialize them. The advanced legislative concept and legislative technology of the Danish Criminal Enforcement Law have a positive reference for the current execution of the criminal law in our country.
