First, the development of inner-party democracy, in essence, is a profound adjustment of the relations within the party. The profound connotation of this readjustment is that we should highly respect the party members’ status as the mainstay, earnestly safeguard the democratic rights of party members, and change the excessive concentration of power within the party and the relatively weak rights of party members. The main body of the party members is reflected through the exercise and guarantee of the party members ’rights. Without the effective exercise and protection of the party members’ rights, the party’s main body status can not be mentioned.
