相较于旋转电机,直线电机能够直接将电能转化为直线运动而不需要借助任何中间传动环节,能够满足高精数控系统和精密测量等诸多应用场合的需求,但这种控制方式由于消除了旋转电机的中间传动机械链,负载变化直接作用于直线电机,所以使精确控制变地更难以实现。本文通过构建速度环模糊PID控制器,获得了满意的控制效果,这为发展高性能的直线电机伺服系统提供了一定的指导与借鉴价值。
Compared with the rotary motor, the linear motor can directly convert electric energy into linear motion without any intermediate transmission link to meet the needs of high precision CNC system and precision measurement and many other applications, but this control method eliminates the rotation The middle of the motor drive mechanical chain, the load changes directly on the linear motor, so the precise control becomes more difficult to achieve. In this paper, the speed loop fuzzy PID controller is constructed to obtain satisfactory control effect, which provides some guidance and reference value for the development of high performance linear motor servo system.
