浙江省平阳矾矿是 个有三百多年历史的老 矿,储量丰富,品位高, 产品质量好,素有“祖国矾都”之称。前几年,由于“吃大锅饭”,生产下降,连年亏损。1980年明矾产量比1979年下降14.8％,亏损5.8万元,1981年又下降18％,亏损106.8万元。 1982年温州市对矾矿实行亏损包干,减亏分成、超亏不补。我们在全矿实行两级承包经济责任制,经过一年努力,年底明矾产量达39062吨,扭转了亏损,还实现盈利32万元。
Zhejiang Pingyang Alum Mine is an old mine with a history of more than 300 years. It is rich in reserves, high in grade and good in product quality. In 1980, the output of alum dropped 14.8% from 1979, with a loss of 58,000 yuan. In 1981, it dropped 18% and the loss was 1.068 million yuan.
