高校和科研院所人造板实验室现无适用的纤维铺装设备,笔者研发了转台式纤维板铺装成型机构。为实现整机的自动化控制,本文以机构中的核心部件-耙辊单元为例,设计基于PLC的控制系统,为整机控制系统的设计提供技术支持。首先通过分析铺装机构的总体结构和耙辊单元工作原理设计耙辊单元总体控制方案;其次对控制系统进行硬件选型和参数配置,并通过运动轴组态、HMI组态和控制流程设计控制系统软件;最后对耙辊往复运动电机进行控制试验研究。结果表明,所设计的控制系统能够完成预期目标,为转台式纤维板铺装成型机构总体控制系统的设计奠定基础。
There are no applicable fiber paving equipment in the labs of universities and research institutes, and the author has developed the rotary fiberboard pavement forming mechanism. In order to realize the automatic control of the whole machine, this paper designs the control system based on PLC, which is the core part of the machine, which is the rake roller unit, and provides technical support for the design of the whole machine control system. First of all, by analyzing the overall structure of the pavement mechanism and the working principle of the ram roller unit, the overall control scheme of the ram roller unit is designed. Second, the hardware selection and parameter configuration of the control system are carried out. The control of the configuration and control flow of the HMI System software; Finally, the control research on the reciprocating motor of the rake roller. The results show that the designed control system can achieve the expected goal and lay the foundation for the design of the overall control system of the rotary fiberboard pavement forming mechanism.
