病案管理数字化程度的加深,病人索引信息的管理也日显重要。然而病人主索引信息在数据库中的重复,阻碍了医院病案管理工作的正常展开。在长期的摸索和实践中,发现合并索引的方法是确保病人与索引一一对应的有效措施。文中论述了重复索引问题的产生和不利影响,合并操作的实施过程,存在不足及弥补方案。力求提高数字化病案信息的准确性和可靠性。
The deepening digitization of medical record management and the management of patient index information are increasingly important. However, the repetition of patient index information in the database hindered the normal development of hospital medical record management. In the long-term exploration and practice, the method of finding the merging index is an effective measure to ensure that the patient and the index correspond one by one. This article discusses the generation of duplicate index problems and adverse effects, the implementation of the merger process, there are deficiencies and make up for the program. Strive to improve the accuracy and reliability of digital medical record information.
