政治文化是政治生活系统中的一个重要文化环境因素。它从个体政治行为、社会政治和政治体系维系与变革三个层面对政治生活发生着影响。云南少数民族的政治文化对民族地区基层政治生活的影响主要表现在两方面 :一是制约着基层政权的建立、发展与变革 ;二是影响着基层社区的政治。由于受其影响 ,民族地区基层政权的建立、发展与变革 ,基层社区的政治生活状况等 ,表现出与其他地区不同的特点。为加强民主政治建设、改变民族地区基层政治生活的落后性 ,必须重视和强化政治文化建设 ,加强基层政治制度建设
Political culture is an important cultural and environmental factor in the political life system. It affects the political life from the three levels of individual political behavior, social politics and the maintenance and transformation of the political system. The influence of the political culture of ethnic minorities in Yunnan on the grass-roots political life in minority areas mainly manifests in two aspects: First, it restricts the establishment, development and reform of the grass-roots political power; second, it affects the politics of the grass-roots community. Due to its influence, the establishment, development and transformation of the grass-roots political power in ethnic areas and the political living conditions of grass-roots communities have shown different characteristics from other regions. In order to strengthen the construction of democratic politics and change the backwardness of political life at the grassroots level in minority areas, we must attach importance to and strengthen the political and cultural construction and strengthen the building of political systems at the grassroots level
