患者男,4岁,以浮肿、关节疼痛一个月,皮肤紫癜、腹痛、便血两天,间歇发作性全身抽搐3次急诊入院。体检:T38℃,P100次/分,R28次/分,BP120/90mmHg。脸色苍白。面部,躯干及肘、膝关节伸侧见对称性紫癜,轻度浮肿。全腹压痛,无反跳痛,无肿块,肝脾(-),肠鸣音增强。化验:Hb3.5g％,WBC13200/mm~3,N80％,L20％,Plt20万/mm~3,BT3分钟,CT4分钟。尿:蛋白+～+++,红细胞+～++,脓球+～+++,可见管型。大便隐血+++。BUN12mg％,Cr1mg％,胆固醇240mg,白蛋白3.64g,球蛋白2.84g。脑脊液检查
Male patient, 4 years old, with edema, joint pain a month, skin purpura, abdominal pain, blood in the stool for two days, intermittent episodes of systemic convulsions 3 emergency admission. Physical examination: T38 ℃, P100 beats / min, R28 beats / min, BP120 / 90mmHg. Paled face. Face, torso and elbows, knee extensor see Sympathetic purpura, mild edema. Full abdominal tenderness, no rebound pain, no lumps, liver and spleen (-), increased bowel sounds. Laboratory: Hb3.5g%, WBC13200 / mm ~ 3, N80%, L20%, Plt2 million / mm ~ 3, BT3 minutes, CT4 minutes. Urine: protein + ~ +++, red blood cells + ~ + +, pus ball ~ ~ + +, visible tube. Stool occult blood +++. BUN 12 mg%, Cr 1 mg%, cholesterol 240 mg, albumin 3.64 g, and globulin 2.84 g. Cerebrospinal fluid examination
