目的:探讨肝硬化患者糖代谢异常与血清肝纤维化指标及肝功能的关系。方法将191例乙型肝炎肝硬化患者按口服葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT)分为糖代谢正常组和异常组,检测患者血清LN、PCⅢ、HA、ⅣC及肝功能,并且进行Child-Pugh分级。结果肝硬化糖代谢异常组肝纤维化四项指标升高均较糖代谢正常组更为明显,糖代谢异常组患者肝功能明显较糖代谢正常组差。结论肝硬化患者反复肝炎活动,肝功能进行性损害,可促进肝纤维化的进展,并导致糖代谢异常。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between abnormal glucose metabolism and serum hepatic fibrosis and liver function in patients with liver cirrhosis. Methods 191 patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis were divided into normal glucose metabolism group and abnormal glucose group according to oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT). Serum LN, PC Ⅲ, HA, Ⅳ C and liver function were detected and the Child-Pugh classification was performed. Results The abnormal hepatic cirrhosis with abnormal glucose metabolism was more obvious in the four indexes of hepatic fibrosis than the normal glucose metabolism group. The liver function in the patients with abnormal glucose metabolism was significantly worse than that in the normal glucose metabolism group. Conclusions Patients with liver cirrhosis have repeated hepatitis activity and progressive impairment of liver function, which can promote the progress of hepatic fibrosis and lead to abnormal glucose metabolism.
