(一九五一年四月三日协商委员会第二次全体会议通过)本会自一九五○年九月七日举行协商委员第一次全体会议,推选常驻委员及秘书长副秘书长后,常驻委员会即开始进行工作,兹将六个月来主要工作,报告于后:工处理日常工作,又本会因一时无相当地址,暂假省人民政府办公,嗣由省府暂拨中山堂为本会会址,已于本年一月间迁入,惟中山堂因各机关团体经常集会,不合办公之用,拟就中山堂左侧隙地筹建会所,现正在计划中。
(Adopted at the Second Plenary Session of the Consultative Committee on April 3, 1951) Since the Seventh Plenary Session of the Consultative Committee was held on September 7, 1950, this Council has elected the members of the Standing Committee and the Deputy Secretary-General After that, the Permanent Commission started its work. It will report on its main work for six months and report to it later on. After handling the daily work, the temporary public office of the people’s government of the province will be temporarily suspended without proper address. Zhongshan Hall is the site of the Association and was relocated in January this year. However, Zhongshan Hall is planning to set up a club on the left side of Zhongshan Hall due to frequent meetings and unofficial meetings of various government agencies.
