我国中小企业在发展中暴露出了一些深层次的问题,突出的是技术水平落后、生产消耗高、融资渠道不畅、亏损率高、管理混乱等问题。然而还有一个最为根本的问题则是缺乏战略管理的问题。中小企业加强战略管理既是市场快速变化的要求也是企业自身发展的必然。那么对加强中小企业的战略管理的研究也就成了理所当然的趋势。
The development of SMEs in our country has exposed some deep-seated problems, highlighting such issues as backward technology, high production costs, poor access to financing, high loss rates and disrupted management. However, one of the most fundamental problems is the lack of strategic management. The strengthening of strategic management of SMEs is not only the requirement of rapid market changes but also the inevitable development of enterprises themselves. Then the study of strengthening the strategic management of SMEs has become a natural trend.
