灾难的本质就是灾难。除了伤痛,没有什么积极的意义。唯一有价值的一点,或许是我们能从灾难中窥探出一座城市,一个政府的健康程度,生死关头的表现最为本真。治水治灾,是最初将人们团结为社会人群的原因之一。
The essence of a disaster is a disaster. In addition to the pain, there is no positive meaning. The only valuable point is that we may be able to snoop out a city from a disaster. The health of a government is most crucial in life and death. Flood control is one of the reasons that originally unite people into social groups.
