盐田出入境检验检疫局依法对盐田港内5家从事食品生产、经营的单位实施卫生许可和日常卫生监督管理。2002—2007年,食品抽样检验合格率为97.83%,餐、厨具抽样检验合格率为97.28%,各项指标符合国家卫生标准。
Yantian Exit-Entry Inspection and Quarantine Bureau in Yantian Port 5 engaged in food production and management units to implement hygiene permits and daily health supervision and management. From 2002 to 2007, the passing rate of food sample inspection was 97.83%, and the pass rate of sample and kitchenware sampling inspection was 97.28%. All indexes met the national health standards.
