目的:探讨和分析慢性糖尿病患者颈部血管超声改变。方法:选取2015年3月11日-2015年7月21日我院内分泌科64例慢性糖尿病患者的临床资料进行回顾,用高频超声对64例患者的双侧颈动脉内-中膜、斑块、管腔狭窄程度及血流动力学改变情况进行检测。结果:64例慢性糖尿病患者颈部血管超声改变的发现率为98.3%,患者出现不同程度颈动脉内-中膜增厚、有斑块形成、不同程度的管腔狭窄、血流动力学改变等。结论:慢性糖尿病病人颈部血管病变发病率高,超声检查具有重要的诊断价值。
Objective: To investigate and analyze the changes of cervical blood vessels in chronic diabetic patients. Methods: The clinical data of 64 patients with chronic diabetes mellitus in Department of Endocrinology of our hospital from March 11, 2015 to July 21, 2015 were retrospectively reviewed. The bilateral carotid intima - media, plaque Block, stenosis and hemodynamic changes were detected. Results: The detection rate of cervical ultrasound was 98.3% in 64 patients with chronic diabetes mellitus. There were varying degrees of carotid intima-media thickening, plaque formation, different degrees of stenosis and hemodynamic changes . Conclusion: The incidence of cervical vascular lesions in patients with chronic diabetes mellitus is high, and ultrasonography has important diagnostic value.
