打造高效课堂,对老师提出了更高的要求,教师不但要起到自己的主导作用,还要充分发挥学生的主体地位。既要有明确的目标,因材施教,又要有灵活的方法,同时还要注重学生互助、合作交流,注重建立民主、平等的师生关系,用心与学生沟通,用爱去和学生交流,赢得学生的信任和热爱,只有真正关注了学生,关注了学生在什么情况下学得更好,这样才能提高课堂效率,打造高效课堂。
