某厂2800 mm轧机在热轧宽度2000 mm以上、厚度6 mm及以下的钛板时,出现较为严重的边浪,在退火环节难以校平。由于波浪较大,板面在轧制过程中出现严重的划伤,掉落的钛屑产生许多压痕,不仅影响板材外观质量,而且增加后续表面处理难度。针对上述问题提出了改善轧制板形的方法:减小末三道次压下量,降低轧制力,减少轧辊的弹性变形,以达到缓解边浪的效果;磨削支承辊和工作辊与原始辊形匹配合理,保证平直的承载辊缝;对工作辊分段冷却,且精确调整区域流量使轧辊的热凸度能够得到有效的控制。通过本次改进,取得了明显的效果,热轧宽幅钛薄板边浪完全消除,并生产出板形良好、表面无明显缺陷的宽幅薄板。
A mill 2800 mm mill in the hot-rolled width of more than 2000 mm, the thickness of 6 mm and below the titanium plate, the more serious side waves, difficult to level in the annealing session. Due to the large wave, the surface of the plate is severely scratched in the rolling process. The falling titanium flakes produce many indentations, which not only affect the appearance quality of the plate, but also increase the difficulty of subsequent surface treatment. In order to solve the above problems, a method of improving the shape of the rolled plate is proposed. The reduction of the last three passes reduces the rolling force and reduces the elastic deformation of the roll so as to relieve the effect of the edge waves. The original roller shape is matched reasonably to ensure a straight bearing roller gap. The work roll is segmented and the precise adjustment of the area flow rate can effectively control the thermal crown of the roller. Through this improvement, the obvious effect has been obtained. The side waves of the hot-rolled wide-width titanium sheet are completely eliminated, and a wide-width sheet with good plate shape and no obvious defects on the surface is produced.
