颅内压增高通常伴有双侧视乳头水肿,但于少数病例出现非对称性单侧视乳头水肿。Bruntse报道颅内肿瘤、脑脓肿、蛛网膜下腔出血及头部外伤等1316例中有25例(%2)属单侧视乳头水肿。Kirkham等介绍5例良性颅高压伴有单侧视乳头水肿。本文报道3例,其中2例为良性颈高压,均肥胖伴有右眼间歇性、短暂发作性视力模糊和右眼视乳头水肿,经减肥饮食
Increased intracranial pressure is usually accompanied by bilateral papilledema, but in a few cases asymmetric unilateral papilledema. Bruntse reported intracranial tumor, brain abscess, subarachnoid hemorrhage and head trauma 1316 cases, 25 cases (% 2) is a unilateral papillary edema. Kirkham et al introduced 5 cases of benign intracranial hypertension associated with unilateral papillary edema. This article reports 3 cases, of which 2 cases of benign cervical hypertension, were obese with right eye intermittent, transient episodes of blurred vision and right eye papilledema, diet after weight loss
