遗嘱像是一只从坟墓中伸出的手,来指挥还活着的人分配身后财产。订立遗嘱的过程,实质上是规划人生的过程,只是现实中,很多人没有订立遗嘱的意识,又或因遗嘱无效,从而引发了家庭大战……数据说话:继承案中近60%遗嘱无效随着我国逐步进入老龄化社会,老人遗产纠纷成为社会热点。据北京市高级人民法院统计,在法院审理的继承纠纷中,因没有遗嘱而引发的高达73%,在遗嘱继承案件中,有将近60%的遗嘱被法院认定为无效遗嘱。此外,仅中国老龄协会权益部直接收到的老年人遗产纠纷投诉每月就有百余件,遗产继承问题已经成为众多家庭和睦的“杀手”。
