据油料研究所油菜系(湖北武昌)研究,土壤有效态硼含量低,是发生甘兰型油菜萎缩不实病的基本原因。初步研究表明,油菜缺硼会造成蒸腾作用急剧下降、可溶性醣在营养器官滞留,破坏形成叶绿素等生理机能的作用。湖北省东部丘陵地区发病田块土壤全硼含量很低,只有15-30ppm,而水溶性硼含量只有0.11-0.15ppm;病株含硼量为20-24ppm,正常植株为34-44ppm。防治方法:几年来在湖北省东部丘陵地区进行防治试验,施用硼砂和硼酸,加强栽培管理,控制了症
