民办高校学术期刊的定位与特色问题,是期刊编辑学中的新课题。本文以《民办教育研究》编辑出版的实践为例,提出民办高校要创办一流学术期刊,清晰的编辑定位是生存的基础,鲜明的编辑特色是发展的前提,灵活的工作机制是实现编辑理想、打造刊物品牌的保证。民办高校编辑出版学术期刊,要充分发挥母体学校的制度和机制优势;要有强烈的创新意识和探索的勇气;要在严谨的编辑规范、严格的编辑程序与灵活开放的工作方式之间,在期刊的发展与学校的发展实际、需要、战略之间取得平衡。
The positioning and characteristics of academic journals in private colleges and universities, is a new issue in journal editing.
