建国以来我国最为强烈的一次地震刚刚过去,直接严重受灾地区达10万平方公里,华夏大地沉浸在一片悲痛之中。然而严重的后果留给我们的是更多的沉思,为什么这次受灾如此的惨重?我国在抗震设防方面的规范和技术是否需要进一步的完善?带着这些问题,我们采访了教授级高级工程师刘志刚先生,他不仅是中国勘察设计协会抗震防灾分会的副会长,同时还是全国城市抗震防灾规划审查专家委员会委员、建设部城市建设防灾减灾专家委员会委员。下面是《建筑知识》与刘志刚教授的对话。
Since the founding of our country, one of the strongest earthquakes in the past has just passed, with a total area of 100,000 square kilometers in the area directly affected by the disaster.
