选择 8种新鲜蔬菜 ,用硝酸 -高氯酸消解后以石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定其中铅、镉的含量。对测定的工作条件和样品的预处理方法进行了探讨。铅、镉的线性回归方程分别为A =0 .0 0 0 6 2c+0 .0 0 4 ,A =0 .0 0 3 6 6c +0 .0 35 0 ,测定结果的相对标准偏差分别为 5 .99%、5 .33% ,回收率分别为 88.5 %、10 7% ,检出限分别为 2 .2 4、0 .4 72 μg/kg。
Eight kinds of fresh vegetables were selected and their contents of lead and cadmium were determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry after digestion with nitric acid and perchloric acid. The determination of the working conditions and sample pretreatment methods were discussed. The linear regression equations of lead and cadmium were A = 0.0606 2c +0.0 04, A = 0.0063 6 6c +0. 35 and the relative standard deviations were 5 .99% and5.33% respectively. The recoveries were 88.5% and 107%, respectively. The detection limits were2.24 and0.472 μg / kg, respectively.
