溶脲脲原体(UU)是人泌尿生殖道的常见病原体,男性感染者又常伴有抗精子抗体,并可致不育。本实验证实了人精子与UU有共同抗原。① ELISA方法抗 UU抗体不仅可与UU抗原起反应,也可与人精子或精子膜发生反应;抗人精子抗体同样也可与UU抗原发生反应;②10%不连续SDS-PAGE可见人精子、精子膜提取物与UU有相同的蛋白电泳区带;③免疫印迹技术证明抗UUIgG对转移到硝基纤维薄膜上的人精子、精子膜和UU的电泳条带,在分子量 61KDa处发生特异性的交叉反应。
