地方志工作作为系统记述经济社会历史与现状的资料性文献,是传承中华文明的纽带,是展示当代中国风范的载体。新中国成立之后特别是改革开放以来,地方志事业蓬勃发展,成绩显著,在当地经济建设和社会生活中发挥了重要作用。本文就已经出版的首轮《和静县志》和已经杀青,即将面世的第二轮《和静县志》的编写过程,取得的重要成绩和经验作一简要论述,让历史说话,用史实发言,以更加饱满的热情,以求真存实的作风,进一步作好地方志编纂和开发利用作用,为弘扬优秀传统文化,服务经济社会发展作出新的贡献。
Local history work is an informational document systematically describing the history and current situation of economy and society. It is a link between the Chinese civilization and the carrier of contemporary Chinese style. Since the founding of New China, especially since the reform and opening up, the endeavors for the development of local history have shown remarkable achievements and played an important role in the local economic construction and social life. This article briefly discusses the important achievements and experiences that have been made in the compilation of the first batch of “Hejing County Records” that has been published and the second round of “Hejing County Records” which has been completed and will be released soon. Let the historical discourse, historical facts and speeches, With a more full of enthusiasm, in order to seek truth from facts and style, to further make the role of local history compilation and development and utilization, to carry forward the excellent traditional culture, and make new contributions to economic and social development.
