目的 调查飞行人员与营养密切相关的体格状况,评定其营养水平。方法 按照国家军用标准《飞行人员营养状况评价》的评定办法,测量 805名飞行人员的身高、体重及上臂围数值,计算身体质量指数,奥代尔指数和身体脂肪含量等指标,按不同年龄进行分析评价。结果 身体质量指数平均为23.54±2.64,瘦弱飞行人员占7.45%,并集中在30岁以下人员,肥胖者占5.47%,集中于31岁以上人员;96.40%的人员奥代尔指数正常,肥胖者仅占4.00%;所有受检者的体脂含量均在正常范围;97.02%的人员上臂肌围在正常范围。结论 绝大多数飞行人员体格营养状况是好的,消瘦者是少数。部分超重者主要是肌肉发达,不是脂肪过多引起。
Objective To investigate the physical status of pilots closely related to nutrition and to assess their nutritional status. Methods The height, weight and upper arm circumference of 805 pilots were measured in accordance with the assessment method of national military standard “Evaluation of the nutritional status of pilots”. The indexes of body mass index, the Odell index and body fat content were calculated and evaluated according to different ages Analysis and evaluation.
