一、选择合适的品种 栽培的品种应具有产量高、质量好、商品性强等特点,同时还要考虑到食用菌对原料的利用能力、生产周期和耐逆能力等。理想的菌种应选择发菌快、两潮菇间隔时间短、产量高、质量好的品种。有的食用菌如金针菇,发菌不到1/3就出菇,不能进行正常的管理和批量生产,严重影响产量和效益:还有的食用菌朵形、色泽都好,产量也高,但其商品性不好,菌盖边缘薄,长途运输易破碎,只适于城市近郊栽培。
