南京师范大学中文系八三级学生在毕业实习中就“当前中学生最欢迎什么样的语文教师”这个问题对省镇江中学初一、初二、高一各一个班级的学生进行了调查。他们采用问卷的形式,要求学生写出心目中最好的语文教师的形象。然后综合分析了145份答卷,得出他们喜欢的语文教师应该具备的条件。这一调查,虽然涉及的面尚有限,然而,学生的意见还是有代表性的;注意从学生的反馈信息中不断调整、完善自我形象的语文教师,仍可以从中获得一些有益的启发。
In the Graduation Internship, students from the 8th and 3rd level students of the Chinese Department of Nanjing Normal University conducted a survey on students of the classes of the 1st, 2nd, and 1st grade in Zhenjiang Middle School. They use questionnaires to ask students to write the image of the best language teacher in mind. Then a comprehensive analysis of 145 questionnaires came to the conclusion that their favorite language teachers should have conditions. Although the face of this investigation is limited, the opinions of the students are still representative. Note that language teachers who constantly adjust and improve their self-image from the feedback information of the students can still obtain some useful inspirations.
