目前,民生档案得到愈来愈多群体的利用,但用户隐私遭到非法利用或侵犯的问题已经屡见不鲜。本文探究了民生档案工作中有关隐私权的现存问题,并提出了相关策略。
At present, people’s livelihood files have been used by more and more groups. However, it is not uncommon for users’ privacy to be illegally used or infringed upon. This article explores the existing issues concerning privacy in the people’s livelihood archives work and proposes relevant strategies.
