1999年1月,改刊后的《教育发展研究》正式与读者见面。如今,这份杂志已走过了整整十年的历程。2009年1月,《教育发展研究》编辑部召开改刊十周年座谈会,特邀相关教育研究领域的专家、教育行政管理人员、期刊管理和出版界代表、杂志主管主办单位领导和编辑部离退休人员共聚一堂,总结回顾杂志改刊十年以来的经验、成就和问题,展望未来更长远的发展目标和进取路径。本期特别摘录与会专家、代表的发言要点,呈现给广大读者。
