目的:建立小儿清咽颗粒中哈巴俄苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Dikma Diamasil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(45∶55~70∶30,0~40 min),检测波长为278 nm。结果:哈巴俄苷在2.944~88.32μg.mL-1(r=0.999 9)的浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,哈巴俄苷的平均回收率为100.5%、RSD=2.78%(n=9)。结论:该法操作简单,结果准确,可用于小儿清咽颗粒的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of harpagoside in Xiaoyan Qingyan Granules. Methods: HPLC method was used. The column was Dikma Diamasil C18 (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm). The mobile phase was methanol-water (45:55-70∶30, 0-40 min). The detection wavelength was 278 nm. Results: Harpagoside showed a good linear relationship within the concentration range of 2.944-88.32 μg.mL-1 (r=0.999 9). The average recovery rate of harpagoside was 100.5% and RSD was 2.78% (n=9). . Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate, and can be used for the quality control of Qingyan particles in children.
