合唱艺术是音乐文化史上的璀璨明珠,历史悠久,源远流长。它是声乐艺术中最富内涵和感染力,表现力极为丰富的“声乐交响”音乐体裁。合唱是一种集体的艺术活动,要用集体的声音来表达共同的音乐内涵与意境,创造整体艺术效果。它不仅要求合唱队员达到一定的水平,更要求指挥具有相当的水平。所以合唱团的训练是一个比较繁琐、复杂又需要细致和耐心的工作。要训练好一支合唱团,须做好如下几方面的工作:
