在前报,已应用ESCA等方法研究了辉光区和非辉光区等离子体聚四氟乙烯(PPTFE)淀积膜的结构。鉴于等离子体聚合反应的复杂性,前人对等离子体聚合反应机理争论较大,争论焦点集中在反应的活性种是离子还是自由基以及反应的地点这两个问题上,本工作在前报工作的基础上,进一步应用ESR检测出等离子体气体流出物的冷凝物中含有大量自由基,为证实等离子体聚合的自由基反应历程提供了新依据;还采用GC-MS表征了气体冷凝物的结构。比仅用MS分析气相产物有较大优点。综合这些实验结果,为推测四氟乙烯等离子体聚合反应历程奠定了一定的基础。
Earlier, ESCA and other methods have been used to study the structure of plasma-deposited polytetrafluoroethylene (PPTFE) films in glow and non-glow areas. In view of the complexity of the plasma polymerization reaction, the previous debate on the polymerization mechanism of plasma is more controversial, and the focus of the debate is on the two issues of whether the active species of the reaction are ions or free radicals and the place of reaction. Based on the ESR results, a large number of free radicals were detected in the condensate of the plasma gas effluent, which provided a new basis for confirming the radical reaction process of the plasma polymerization. The structure of the gas condensate was also characterized by GC-MS . It is more advantageous than MS to analyze gas phase products. Combining these experimental results, it laid a solid foundation for speculating the polymerization process of tetrafluoroethylene.
