本实验采用皮下注射法对Wistar大鼠进行了亚急性毒性研究,观察了环氧氯丙烷对大鼠糖代谢的影响。结果表明,环氧氯丙烷可引起大鼠糖代谢紊乱,导致血糖明显升高,肝糖原、肌糖原显著下降,血清巯基含量降低,与对照组相比均具有非常显著性差异,且存在明显的剂量-效应关系。病理组织学表明,染毒组大鼠肝、肾、脑等组织均有明显损伤,其损伤程度与剂量大小亦有关系。糖原染色可见,染毒组大鼠肝糖原颗粒明显减少。
