在2007年新年钟声即将敲响之时,中国共产党天津市第八届委员会第十一次全体会议胜利闭幕。这是在天津市深入贯彻落实科学发展观、积极推进社会主义和谐社会建设、全面实施“三步走”战略和五大战略举措、加快推进滨海新区开发开放的关键时期召开的一次重要会议。会议审议讨论了《中共天津市委常委会2006年工作报告》,审议通过了《中共天津市委2007年工作意见》和《中国共产党天津市第八届委员会第十一次全体会议关于召开中国共产党天津市第九次代表大会的决议》。中共中央政治局委员、市委书记张立昌作了重要讲话。
When the bell of the New Year is about to ring in 2007, the eleventh plenary session of the Eighth Committee of the Communist Party of China in Tianjin will be concluded successfully. This is an important meeting held in Tianjin during the crucial period of thoroughly implementing the scientific concept of development, actively promoting the building of a harmonious socialist society, fully implementing the “three steps” strategy and the five major strategic measures, and accelerating the development and opening up of Binhai New Area. The meeting examined and discussed the 2006 Report on the Work of the CPC Tianjin Committee and reviewed and approved the 2007 Opinions of the CPC Tianjin Committee and the 11th Plenary Session of the Eighth Committee of the Tianjin Committee of the Communist Party of China on Holding the Chinese Communist Party Tianjin Resolution of the Ninth Congress ". Zhang Lichang, member of the CPC Central Committee Political Bureau and secretary of the CPC Central Committee, made an important speech.
