The theory and method of phase change plasticity in low alloy Si-Mn steel abroad introduced by foreign countries such as high temperature deformation heat treatment, continuous cooling deformation heat treatment and critical zone annealing plus medium temperature isothermal quenching are introduced. The simulation principle of computer phase transformation in cooling process is also described. Emphasis is placed on the relationship between tissue stress and performance in various methods
