近年来,林甸县坚持“依托资源、围绕项目、突出特色”的发展思路不动摇,努力做强第二产业,拉动第一产业,激活第三产业,县域经济和社会事业得到了快速发展,综合实力大幅提升。但是,林甸县由于受文化、历史、交通等多方面因素的制约,是一个典型的“工业弱县、财政穷县”。寻求科学发展的对策和途径,确保经济社会又好又快发展,是我们全面落实科学发展观面临的重大课题,也是全县广大干部群众的期盼所在。
In recent years, Lindian County has adhered to the principle of “relying on resources, focusing on projects and highlighting distinctive features”, unswervingly striving to strengthen the secondary industry, stimulating the primary industry, activating the tertiary industry, and achieving rapid economic and social undertakings in the county Development, comprehensive strength increased significantly. However, due to the constraints of many factors such as culture, history and transportation, Lindian County is a typical “weak county of industry and poor county of finance”. The search for ways and means for scientific development and the sound and rapid economic and social development are the major issues that we face in fully implementing the scientific concept of development and the expectation of the vast numbers of cadres and people in the entire county.
