会同县攀龙桥乡大石板村位于城郊江洲寨水电站库区上游的明雷湾。全村4个村民小组172户,877人,有男女劳力567个,有稻田面积319,6亩,人平仅有稻田0.36亩,是一个人多、劳力多、无山林扒土的小村。八十年代初这个村的经济来源十分困难,村民用粮靠国家统销,用钱靠贷款。1982年村党支部和村民委员会领导发动群众,充分利用门前库汊水面发展网箱养鱼。1990年发展网箱99口,面积7.92亩,产优质鲜鱼25500公斤,折合亩产3219.7公斤,总产值229500元,占全村农业总收入的40％。除总成本49500元,总纯利18万元,箱平纯利1818.2元。高产户尹白求、粟多坤放养3个网箱。面积0.087亩,产鲜鱼1652.5
